This extra long 90° angled high temperature (285°) fryer brush enables kitchen appliances to be cleaned even when oil is still hot. This fryer brush has an extra long handle for the safest possible reach into inner surfaces. Designed to clean inside, under and around a wide variety of kitchen cooking equipment. The fill material is 0.024" crimped black polypropylene. The brush length is 11" with a diameter of 2". Overall length is 48". The handle material is wood and has an epoxy-set single-stem 0.120" galvanized steel base wire with a vinyl tip.
