Conductive brush with 0.003" stainless steel wire and a hand-laced aluminum handle. The stainless steel fill material is hand-laced with stainless steel wire into its handle for maximum fiber retention and durability. This high-quality brush has a 1 x 11 row configuration, with a 7/16" trim, and a brush face of 1-1/8" x 1/8". Ideal for aggressive cleaning in tight areas when light scratching is not a concern. The fine wire cuts through heavy grease with ease and can often reach into fine crevices better than natural hairs and synthetic bristles.
For other brush size options within this series using conductive stainless steel wire, see parts: 22SSA, 33SSA.
Conductive brushes have a surface resistivity range of 10²Ω/cm – 10⁴Ω/cm and are used to remove static buildup from the work surface. Conductive brushes will act as a conduit between the charged surface and the path to ground. Made with fully conductive materials that are active static eliminators. Use conductive brushes with a wrist strap or other mechanism to provide a path to ground.
