60° angle hand-laced toothbrush-style scratch brush with 0.006" non-sparking Phosphor Bronze brush wire and a static-neutral Plywood Handle. Designed to facilitate cleaning at unusual angles and hard-to-reach places. The 0.006" phosphor bronze wire is similar to brass wire in stiffness (medium stiff) but is stronger and resists fatigue better than brass so it lasts longer. Good for light-to-medium cleaning of rust and stains and light deburring of metal parts. The fill material is hand-laced with stainless steel wire and remains secure even in wet environments if the wooden handle expands or contracts. Hand-laced brushes are the premium brushes in the industry. Each fill tuft is tied into position by hand, resulting in a superior quality brush with maximum fiber retention. Greater bristle density than staple set brushes. This useful brush has a 3 x 7 row configuration, with a 7/16" trim, and a brush face of 1-1/4" x 1/4". Handle length is 7-3/4" x 7/16" wide.
