This conductive high volume flow-thru lubrication or applicator brush is made with 0.005" crimped stainless steel wire and an aluminum body with 1/8" (NPT) tapered male pipe thread. Aluminum body length is 1", diameter is 1" and the orifice size is 0.125". This high-quality brush can be used in robotic and non-robotic applications. The stainless steel wire trim length is 1-5/16" and set with a chemical-resistant glue. 0.005" crimped stainless steel wire is ideal for harsh environments and to simultaneously clean and apply. (Maximum use temperature 500ºF).
