This Long Tufted Cylinder Brush is made with 0.012" crimped natural Nylon Type 6.0, staple-set into a high-grade ABS plastic core. The low-density brush face helps reduce brush loading. The overall brush length is 23.43" (620.5mm), with an inner diameter of 1.475" (37.5mm) and an outer diameter of 3.15" (80mm). The brush is used primarily in the printed circuit board industry. 

Nylon Type 6 is a durable Nylon with good bend recovery, temperature stability and abrasion resistance. It has a maximum short-term use temperature of 250°F (121°C) and a maximum continuous use temperature of 200°F (93°C).

ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic provides excellent chemical and thermal stability, toughness and strength.
