Medical applicator brushes come in a variety of different specifications for use in various medical and surgical applications. Gordon Brush® offers a selection of chemically resistant and non-magnetic applicator brushes with a Nylon fill material, lightweight aluminum handle, and either a ½" or 1" trim. These handles are constructed using strong mechanical clamping for maximum fiber retention. These brushes are adhesive-free to prevent the contamination of surface areas caused by leaching.

Pencil-shaped Nylon applicator brushes are made using either an acetal or static dissipative acetal handle. The Nylon bristles of the NAD and S9X series are epoxy set with a high temperature glue that makes the brushes autoclavable. The nylon bristle applicator brushes have a trim length ranging from 1/8” to ¾” and a brass handle ensuring excellent chemical resistance. These brushes are also manufactured using strong mechanical fiber clamping for maximum fiber retention. These brushes are commonly used to clean fine areas, and for applying liquids or fluids in a high temperature setting and where precision is needed.
