This high volume flow-thru lubrication or applicator brush is made with 0.010" black level Nylon and an aluminum body with 1/8" (NPS) straight female pipe thread. Aluminum body length is 1-1/8", diameter is 1-1/8" and the orifice size is 0.156". This high-quality brush can be used in robotic and non-robotic applications. The Nylon trim length is 1" and set with a chemical-resistant glue. 0.010" black level Nylon is ideal for use with adhesives, petroleum distillates and solvents.(Maximum use temp 250ºF).
